HELP!!!!! I have been using JTBaker's MDE gel for SSCP detection and I am silver staining the DNA. I would like to know if it is possible to cut the band with the DNA and purify this material to reamplify using PCR? Do you have some protocol for sending me by email? Thanks, Claudia Dornelles
