I'm having a hell of a hard time cloning into this vector and the related pCS2+MT (myc tagged). Anyone else had problems with these, and more importantly, tips on getting inserts into them? Two of the problems I'm seeing are odd restriction patterns when cut with Xho and XbaI, and self-religation even after extensive double-cutting.
