RT-PCR standard

Dear Netters:

Can anyone suggest good standards for RT-PCR? Many people have used
beta-actin and glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase as standards, but
there are pseudogenes of both in the genome (human, mouse, rat) that may
complicate the interpretation of the RT-PCR.

Detailed info will be much appreciated.
