Is ligation reaction volume only 10 ul?

I don't think the reaction volume in ligation is very critical, just as
PCR reaction volume isn't. Usually 10 ul ligation mix is enough amount for
subsequent transformation. I do ligation in 20 ul volume in special
circumstances, and it's just fine.
