Does anybody know how much histones, non-histone proteines and DNA a
cell nucleus loses during a fluorescence in situ hybridisation?
As I remember Formamide is a rather good solvent, especially if you
remind the high denaturation temperature (75°C) during such a
FISH-procedure.
Please tell me the title of the paper or the book where I can read more
about this problem.
thanks
lutz
