LLVY-proteolysis

Hi all,

we are measuring proteolytic activities in cell lysates (crude
cytosolic). I wondered what proteases we are picking up by using
Suc-LLVY-AMC as fluorogenic substrate. This substrate has been used for
the chymotrypsin-like activity in the (purified...) proteasome. How
likely is it that the activity we see is from the proteasome?
