E. coli dam- Strain Needed

Hi,

I'm looking for a dam- mutant of E.coli JM107. I know that JM110 is
dam-, but I have been studying the phenomenon in JM107, and even if it
worked in JM110, too much data has been gathered in JM107 to start
over.  Alternatively, is there a quick and simple way of creating a
dam- mutant of JM107?
