lipid / liposome administration in vivo

Hello,

Is there anyone out there having any experience in injecting lipids into mice ?
We are working in a mouse model where we want to inject a biolipid. The 
problem is that the lipid is only soluble in strong organic solvents which are 
not usable in vivo. 
So now we are looking for a carrier on which we can load our lipid and 
inject both ,OR for injecting liposomes containing our lipid.

Has someone experience or information in this field ? We desperately need it.
