Asymmetric PCR

Has anybody got a reliable protocol for performing asymmetric PCR,
i.e. using a vast (100-fold?) excess of one primer over the other to
generate mainly single-stranded product. I assume that it would be
best to reduce by 100-fold the concentration of one primer rather than
increase the concentration of the other but I'm unsure about
concentrations of other reagents, such as dNTP's etc, or about cycling
conditions.

Thanks in advance for any help.
