Please help me . I have two adaptors to make from complementary oligonucleotides ( a 43mer + 11mer and a 44mer + 8mer )by annealing together . My question is at what temp do I anneal and under what conditions and is there any way to verify the annealing . Please reply by e-mail if you have any ideas or possible references .
