Hi, Is it possible to search GenBank DNA sequences for, say, ORF without Arg or other particular amino acid? Any commercial software available? As far as we know, the GCG/Wisconsin package cannot perform such task. Any hints most appreciated. Thanks in advance, Gabriel Dorado bb1dopeg at uco.es
