Differential Display of cartilage cell differentiation

Dear netters,

I would like to do differential display. Do you have idea for that method?
Is it more difficult than substractive hybridisation? Beside the kit
"GenHunter", is there any other kit for DD-RTPCR you have done before is
good? Please comment to me!
