If you mean on a general level then its a general purpose surfactant 
especially suitable for decontamination of radioactive contaminated 
glass, plastics etc (as opposed to Decon 75 which is just a general 
cleaning surfactant. Both are trade marks of Decon labs Ltd. If you mean 
what the actual chemical make up is then I can't help you. Sold in th 
UK. Used as RBS.
