Probe purification

We are having trouble purifying probes for insitu hybridisation after
asymmetric PCR-label incorporation.  We have been using columns like Wizard
and Centricon, but we are not getting enough yield AND fear we are not
purifying them well enough e.g. removing primer dimers.  This problem is
particularly acute as our probes are only 100-200 bps long.

Any suggestions?  What kind of purification have other ISHers being using?
