Question about pJM17

Dear netters,

does anybody have experiences with plasmid pJM17 which is part of a
adenoviral vector system. I am interested in the sequence (which I could
not find in EMBL database) and in experiences to prepare this rather large
plasmid from transfected E. coli. We have problems with that.
I would be very grateful for any hint.
