gel shift assay

Hi Yvon,

thanks a lot for your Email. The componets we use in our gel shift assay
are a 300 nt, biotin-labeled RNA and a 90 kD protein (pI=5.9). We use
recombinant proteins so your idea about oligomerization seems to be true.
As you suggested I will try composite gels for the shift assays. Do you
have a special protocoll to run these gels.
