Hi, there, I am study a procaryotic protein and trying to test if it is a single-strand DNA-binding protein. I wonder if I could use gel shife method just as used for dsDNA probes. Or, is there any other method existed to test a potential SSB? I'd appreciate your help if you could kindly share your experience on SSB with me. Thanks in advance, Xiaohan :
