Toothpicks?

The flat style Kaybee toothpicks (650 per box) are manufactured by 
Keenan Industries Limited, Owen Sound, Canada, N4K 5P3
They seem to be much easier to get in Canada or the UK than in the US.
I don't know why. Maybe you could try a nearby chinese food market?
