Dear BioNet Surfers,
I have been transfecting my gene along with the B-galactosidase reporter construct into primary cells and have tried, unsuccesfully, to detect the B-galactosidase protein by immunohistochemistry after performing in situ hybridization. Both signals are expected to localize in the same cell. If anyone has any pointers or protocols on how to perform in situ-immunohistochemsitry in the same cell I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
