Hi, Is this human genomic DNA valuable? If so it would be a better idea to make a genomic library out of it instead of wasting it trying to PCR amplify it. PCR is always biased and you will miss out GC rich sequences and sequences that dont like PCR. Why PCR amplify?? cheers Nick.
