Hellow bionetters, We isolated a glycoprotein and identified by Dot blotting with Dig glycan/protein double labeling kit from Boehringer Mannheim. Why could only protein bands be stained but no sugar bands appeared on NC after Western blotting,can SDS break the linkage between protein and sugar? Many thanks for your help! X.Y. Zhao
