pHOOK plasmid- Capture of transient transfected cells

Hi 

Has anyone used the pHOOK plasmids which allow the capture of transfected
cells. I want to separate my transient transfected cells from the non
transfected.

Any thought on this plasmid or other techniques to attempts this would be
helpful.
