Only if you know the molar extinction coeffcient of your protein. Since
every protein has its specific value you are out of luck.
If you search for a list of many proteins, check out:
G.D. Fasman, CRC Practical Handbook of Biochemistry and Molecular
Biology, 1990, pp.196-358.
Additionally, this only works, if you do not have any other absorbing
components in your elution-peak, like nucleic acids.
