Software for RNA 2-D structure analysis

I am looking for a Macintosh software for the analysis of RNA 2-D
structure, such as loop formation. I am constructing some RNA probes for
in situ hybridization and desire to know their suitability as a probe.

Please give me information about such a software and its source.  A
PC-software will be also appreciated.
