Best protocol for RNA extraction of S. cerevisiae

Hello:

   I'm just working with total RNA extraction of S. cerevisiae. So, 
what is the best protocol for total RNA extraction of this yeast that 
have the parameters:
  1) High quantity of RNA per ml of a exponencial culture (2x10^7 
cells/ml) of S. cerevisiae;
  2) Low rate of degradation.
   Please, send me the protocols or references if you have these!
