Does anyone know if it is possible to ammonium sulphate precipitate the proteins that are in a 6M urea buffer. My intention is to concentrate the protein. Following precipitation I want to resuspend the protein in the same urea buffer. I appreciate any thoughts. Thanks, Malini R. Madiraju
