inhibitor of neutrophiles

Hello,

I'm studying the effect of LPS and Bleomycin upon 
administration in rat lungs. 
Now we're curious to know whether there exists a product 
(antibody?) that inhibits Neutrophile activation. I heared 
of a certain chemical that inhibits neutrophiles, as wel 
as macrophages, but this is not apropriate for us. The 
product needs to be specific for (Rat) neutrophiles.
Has anyone experience in this field, and knows a company that 
sells such a product?
