Invitrogen PerFect Lipids

Hi

Has anybody used the PerFect Lipids transfection kit from Invitrogen
with CHO cells? I'm trying to find out whether anyone has got
transfection efficiencies of up to 50% that Invitrogen claim you can get
in their product info.
