hi netters, does anyone have a good protocol for isolating plasmid DNA from saccharomyces cerevisiae? i've had problems using a glass bead protocol from the redbook and nuclease problems when using a protocol that calls for zymolyase treatment followed by a wizard mini-prep. thanks! donny wong wong5 at fas.harvard.edu
