I want to use IRES-cre in a knock-in strategy, but I don't know the relative expression level from the two coding sequences as compared to the original expression level. Any suggestions? Also what's the best position to put in IRES, right after the stop coden, right before the stop coden, or else where? Thanks for any suggestions, encouragements or discouragements. Xiaoxi
