We are trying to detect VIP mRNA in rabbit (vasoactive intestinal peptide), by using mimic RT-PCR. We used human and rat primers and did not get any amplification. We could not find rabbit VIP sequence in the GCG database. COULD YOU HELP? Bassan Haim & Merav
