Hi, For microsatellite PCR we end label with 33P (1000-3000Ci/mmol, 10mCi/ml). We label 200pM primer using 3µl of the above isotope in a reaction. This gives efficient end labelling for about 50 PCR reactions. You should be able to use much less 32P.
