RE;poly A vectors

hi, have a look to Cell (1995) 81,85-94 . the authors described a
vectors for in vitro transcription pBSRNA3 (T3 polymerase, poly A +, 5
and 3' b globine UTR for optimal translation in vitro/in vivo). this
vector contains downstream the poly A a rare cutting site (SfiI).
 to get it contact lemaire at lgpd.univ-mrs.fr. (I have heard the authors
have developed a new vectors with an extended MCS!) this vectors work
very well .
