Hi, there, Does anybody there have a good protocol for the amplification of two hybrid cDNA lib., except the one in CLONTECH's manual? CLONTECH recommend the solid plate method instead of liquid culture, but I heard that somebody use liquid cluture method and get good result. Any suggestion will be highly appreicated. Bin Zheng
