Isoelectric Focusing

Hi there.
I was wondering if anybody has done any iso-electric focusing of proteins 
using the Bio-Rad ready IEF gels?  I was wondering about the tank 
buffers that one uses for running the gels.  I have tried to find out 
which buffers are appropriate, but I have only information on the tube 
gels and not on the slab-type gels.
Any information or tips about running this type of gel would be greatly 
appreciated.
