PCR based labeling, library Screen

Hi everyone
I am looking for a working protocol for a 32P labeling reaction of DNA
via PCR so I can use the product as a probe for Screening genomic and
cDNA libraries.
The DNA has a very high GC content, so I would like to use alpha32P-dCTP.
Hot denaturation temp. and short and stringent annealing conditions are
what I use in normal PCR reactions.
Who has experience in this?
