Titre of PF-BOS cDNA library

Dear all,

I want to pull out a full length clone from a cDNA library using PCR. The 
library is constructed in the PF-BOS expression vector and I'm uncertain how 
to titre and amplify the library. I know that with a phage library you infect 
bacteria and utilise the lysogenic cycle of the phage. Would it just be a 
case of propagating the clones in bugs etc ? I'd be very grateful for a 
detailed protocol or any advice that you can offer.
