Sequencing Gels Not Sticking to Whatmann

Hey Sequencing Folks!

(problem: gel doesn't stick to the Whatman 3M paper!?)

Possible cause/solution:

# I have encountered similar problem when the PAAG 
percentage was 10% or higher (as % was not mentioned in the
original message, I assume it was higher than 5%)
My guess is that this may be due to insufficient wetness of
the gel; slight prewetting of the paper would help
(at least it worked for me!)
