Gels

We use Sequagel, gel solutions (gel concentrate and gel diluent) with
our own gel buffer added.

Let your gels set for at least 2 hours, we typically make them the day
before.

Mix the gel mix thoroughly, I add the amm. pers. last, from a 10%
solution.

If your gel is not even, then you may have local areas heating up, is
the backing heat transfer plate on your gel apparatus still smooth or
bumpy and rusted out?
