reuse of Southern blots

Hi there,
I reused nylon membranes twice with succes whith the following protocol:
Heat 0.1xSSC/0.1%SDS to boil
Whash 2x15 min (or more, you can check if there is radioactivity in your 
gel if you rehybridize soon after the first hybridization)
Proceed with prehybridizatio or store the membrane in plastic wrap, 
dissecated.
