Hello, I am looking for an M13 helper phage that has a selectable marker other than kanamycin (and both ampicillin and tetracycline), to rescue a kanR/ampR vector in tetR cells. As the recombinant protein expression that is induced following phage infection can be toxic I would like to select for infection rather than using a non-selectable helper. Thanks, Andrew
