BAC-to-BAC questions?

I went through this once.  Call Gibco/BRL tech support, and they will
tell you the order number for cells adapted to serum free media.  The
cells are free, but they charge $20 for shipping on dry ice.  Be sure to
use the antibiotics for culture--I couldn't grow their cells without
them.
