We have used the QIAGEN RNeasy kits for many different plant species and found them to be excellent. The kit did not work with one species that is high in phenolics but the addition of 1% or 2% PVP to the extraction buffer appeared to solve the problem. Tim Holton Florigene Ltd Australia
