Promega Trancription/Translation

Hello All,

Has anyone used either of Promega's Coupled Transcription/Translation
kits? If so, I'd appreciate any and all suggestions. I haven't decided
which one is best for me. I have pBS clones with an gene that codes for a
murine protein that is probably phosphorylated.
