For 1 litre:

bacto-tryptone       16 g
bacto-yeast extract  10 g
NaCl                  5 g

Dissolve in 900 ml deionized water. Adjust pH to 7.0 with 5-10M NaOH.
Bring to 100 ml final volume. Autoclave to sterilize.
