Proteins in hen egg yolk

See the abstract book from last years developmental biology meetings.  
This are published in Developmental Biology (I think May, June or July 
1996 issue).  I saw a poster where the author identified a bunch of 
specific proteins in egg yolk.  I'm sure its not a complete list of all 
the proteins present in yolk, but it might be a start for you.
