Tris buffer pH

Does anyone have a table which gives the relative amounts (mass) of 
Tris-base and Tris-HCl to add to give a 1M solution of various different 
pH values i.e. 7.4, 8.5 etc.? I am sick of adding a bucket-load of conc. 
HCl to my 1M Tris-base solution to bring it down to 7.4. I know such 
biological data tables exist, but as yet I have been unable to locate 
them. Thank you in advance.
