I have been having some unusual results from running an RT-PCR for murine IL-6. After (supposed) optimization, I ran 3 tubes using the control cDNA, using the same mix. In one tube, I had a good band, the other two gave no results. Anyone have any suggestions? Douglas Jones jonesd at telenet.net
