Northern Amersham membrane

Judged by the complete rentention of a bromphenol blue soln thru a slot
via vacuum, the N+ membrance at least seems to have a lot of binding
capacity.  I would pay more attention to other factors, I feel it a bit
far fetched to have RNA rush thru the membrane.
