triple transfections

hi there,

in order to package virus I am doing triple transfections (CaCl2 method).
For the cells I use, the optimum amount of DNA is 20 ug / 5 ml for single
transfections. I was wondering, if for tripel transfections the total
amount of DNA has to be 20 ug or if it is possible to use 20 ug of each
plasmid (amount varying according to their MW).

Thanks a lot for your help
